It also helps visualize data so managers can easily understand how a project is coming along.

Problem Statement

Workforce management in construction sites has been a problem for decades, and there hasn't been any technical evolution in construction sites. The traditional method of managing a construction site can be time-consuming and stressful, and there is a tendency for human oversight. This has resulted in delayed actions that can lead to increased safety risks, operational downtime, and higher operational costs.
