The case study illustrates how our UI and UX design helped Data POEM create user-friendly marketing AI software.
Data POEM is an all-inclusive planning platform ( SaaS ) for marketing and related industries. It uses an AI engine that learns the causation of marketing and sales activities at scale. The software is a fully automated plug & play system that gives the answers in minutes by eliminating all the operational pain points of the unified data system, laborious modeling, and lack of experts to build AI models as well as saving time.
Design desktop screens for the platform.
To understand the solution and its users, we conducted a project discussion workshop where the minor details of the project, its aim, and objectives were discussed.
After that, we conducted interviews with the stakeholders of the platform to know what they expected from it. Gathering this information helped us create a solid understanding of what we needed to do.
Based on the information we gathered at the previous stage, we mapped the user journey across the platform and accordingly created the task flow.
The Sitemap of the platform was created using the same information.
Once we had the sitemap ready, we started designing the key screen wireframes to have an idea of which elements would be used on each screen.
We created a UI design mood board to communicate the idea of what aesthetics the platform would portray to its users.
Using the UI elements we designed previously, we came up with a number of UI screens that perfectly reflected ease of use and clear legibility to use the features to their fullest potential.
The platform offers a professional interface perfect for a marketing tool. The color and typeface used match the brand values and ensure that it gives a strong brand recall whenever a user uses the platform.
