We used our Unique STEP Process to create a scalable and customer-centric system for the platform with Personalised features like service tracking and machine wishlists, ensuring users stayed informed at every stage of their leasing journey.

We combined competitor insights and persona research that simplified the leasing process and increased user trust in the Origa service.

They found value in a centralised support and a live tracking system. They were not able to find a one stop solution for all his equipment needs.

A lack of a company with credibility that will act as a one stop solution for them as far as their equipment needs are concerned, from acquiring, documentation & installation of the machinery, to after sale services.

Needs to evaluate if the machinery meets standards, and compare options (new/refurbished/upgradation) along with their financing options. Also had to be cautious about sharing too much information before finalising a decision.

  • There is a Strong online presence and a broad directory network for product discovery.
  • They offer 24/7 support and efficient documentation processes.

  • Provides expert guidance for information on best financing options. There are users who have limited knowledge about leasing and are not able to find a company that will loan them.

  • Limited guidance, low product discovery and weak follow-up touchpoints.

Architecting Experience

From Insights to Frameworks

We designed an experience and suggested features like contextual menu which enables the user to access more real estate. Paid DMs were introduced that can help users earn money via DMs.

Form Meets Function

Designing Engaging Interfaces

We gave two options for UI design. The first one presents a modern and minimalistic design 
with a light color theme and clean sans-serif typeface. We used Poppins for the font. For primary colours we used purple, beige and black. For secondary colours we used black, white and grey. With soft curved corners rounding out the edges of various UI elements adds a touch of warmth and approachability.
