Decoding the Ecosystem

A 360° View

Beginning with the platform evaluation, we examined user behaviour and identified inefficiencies in navigation and operations. For research, we interviewed stakeholders and users to clarify pain points.

Usability  Under Inspection

The UX audit uncovered issues such as confusing navigation paths, unclear hierarchy, and reliance on support teams to provide instructions for simple tasks.

Prioritisation of Enterprise Users
