URA Creator is a tool that helps users move a step further in their wellness Journey. It offers many features to organize their lives and break down their big goals into smaller, achievable components. A mobile app seems befitting since it is more accessible to users.
An app to help with organization and wellness should have the simplest interface. Users would rather manually organize their thoughts and daily tasks than use an unappealing, difficult-to-navigate app
The STEP process has been the go-to strategy for ensuring the implementation process flows smoothly towards completion. STEP is an acronym that stands for Soak, Think, Execute, and Proof.
The process is divided into three phases to ensure no stone is left unturned to give the users the best experience: UX Research, UX Design and UI Design. A competitive analysis was conducted to identify strategic methods for positioning the app to the users.
Extensive research on the users and market is needed to understand the industry situation. We conducted a competitive analysis to determine where the users of the URA App need to put in more effort. The analysis also gave us insight into how to approach user research, which includes User persona, User Story, and User Journey.
This is where the actualization of the research begins. Our team focused on designing empathy maps, user Journeys, task flows, and information architecture to ensure the design process was as easy as possible. The UX design process laid a good foundation for helping users experience a functional and usable app. Our process also gave room for iteration and flexibility of the design.
This is the final phase of the project, where all the ideas and research work become a tangible digital product. We worked on the mood boards for inspiration, UI Kits, and UI assets to ensure consistency in the design.
We designed the user personas anad use cases with the results from our user research
The task flow was designed based on user persona information and UX Research.
We arranged the information into structured sitemaps to improve navigation and make the user experience more enjoyable.
This is like a draft designed to test the functionality and how it matches the client's brief before the main design.
